The initial photo (hereinafter referred to as "initial photo" or "this product") is a software and hardware integrated product provided by Shenzhen Desert Wolf Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the company").

Chuzhao respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users who use the service. Chuzhao will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. But Chuzhao will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy, Chuzhao will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. The initial notice will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the initial photo service usage agreement, it is deemed that you have agreed to all the contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the Initial Photography Service Usage Agreement.

scope of application
When you use the Chuzhao network service or access the Chuzhao platform, Chuzhao automatically receives and records information about you and your mobile device, including but not limited to your IP address, device type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and records of your needs;
The user's personal data obtained from business partners through legal means.
d) Due to the need for real-time detection of the IP address of the device during initial photography, it can automatically connect with matching hardware devices as soon as possible. Therefore, the IP address of the device will be checked every 2 seconds or so, but it will never be leaked.

Our SDK collects your personal information for the purpose of improving app stability and fixing issues, in order to provide more convenient functional services
We will not use this information for any other purpose unless we have your explicit permission or legal permission.
 
The information we collect may include the following methods:
-The number of times the application is launched: used for statistics and problem analysis
-Application usage duration: to analyze the device's usage duration and potential issues that may arise
-Error log: to analyze the cause of app crashes
-Device information (such as model and operating system version): to measure the compatibility of the app and promote its stability
-WIFI information: Obtain the WIFI around the device for configuring the device's WIFI for network connection
-Location address information: The system requires opening location information, but the APP does not use address information
1. Device information: Collect device model, obtain WiFi_SSID, obtain WI-FI BSSID, operating system version, and other hardware information for statistical analysis and problem diagnosis.
 
2. Application usage data: Collect user click, browse, and other behavioral data within the application to improve user experience and product functionality.
 
3. Storage: With user permission, the images in the album will be read and beautified in the app, and saved to the album or printed through the device
 
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:

a) The keyword information you entered when using the search service provided by the initial photo platform;
b) The relevant information and data collected from the initial photos you posted, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
c) Violation of legal regulations or violation of initial photography rules, as well as the measures taken against you by the initial photography.
Information usage
a) Chuzhao will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless prior permission is obtained from you, or the third party and Chuzhao (including Chuzhao affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all of these materials, including those they were previously able to access.
b) Chuzhao also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information for free by any means. If any user of the Chuzhao platform engages in the above activities, Chuzhao has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user upon discovery.

In the following circumstances, Chuzhao will disclose all or part of your personal information based on your personal wishes or legal provisions:

a) Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;
b) To provide the products and services you request, it is necessary to share your personal information with third parties;
c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial institutions in accordance with relevant legal provisions or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;
d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, or initial license service agreements or related rules, you need to disclose them to third parties;
e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, at the request of the respondent, you should disclose it to the respondent so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;
f) In a transaction created on the Chuzhao platform, if either party fulfills or partially fulfills the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, Chuzhao has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of the counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.
g) Other initial disclosures deemed appropriate by laws, regulations, or website policies.
Information storage and exchange
The information and materials collected by Hatsune Miku about you will be stored on Hatsune Miku and/or its affiliated companies' servers. These information and materials may be transmitted to your country, region, or overseas where Hatsune Miku collects information and materials, and accessed, stored, and displayed overseas.

The use of cookies
a) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, we will set or access cookies on your computer
So that you can log in or use the initial photo platform services or functions that rely on cookies.

b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse to accept cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. But if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the initial photo network services or features that rely on cookies.
c) The relevant information obtained through the cookies set in the initial photo will be subject to this policy.
information security
a) All initial photo accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information safe. Initial photos will ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no "comprehensive security measures" on the information network.
b) When using Chuzhao Network services for online transactions, it is inevitable for you to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially the username and password of the first photo, please contact the customer service of the first photo immediately so that the first photo can take corresponding measures.
7. Device permission invocation

During the service provision process, the APP of this product will invoke some device permissions on your phone. The following are the business functions corresponding to the APP's call permissions, the purpose of the call permissions, and the information I asked you before calling permissions.
You can choose to disable some or all permissions in the device's settings function to refuse the APP from collecting corresponding personal information. The display and closing methods of permissions may vary among different devices. Please refer to the instructions or guidelines provided by the device and system developers for specific details.
Please note that by granting any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. By granting any permission, you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor will we provide you with corresponding services. However, your action of disabling permissions will not affect the information collection and use previously conducted based on your authorization.

This product integrates third-party SDKs
The third-party SDK we access mainly serves the needs of you and other users, so we may adjust the third-party SDK we access when meeting new service requirements and business function changes. We will promptly disclose the latest situation of accessing third-party SDKs to you in this document. The third-party SDKs currently integrated into our app are listed as follows:

Our product integrates Youmeng+SDK, which needs to collect device related information, mainly including hardware model, WIFI SSID, device MAC address, IP address, unique device identification code (such as IMEI/MWID/Android ID/SN/OPENUDID/UUID, SIM card IMSI information, etc.), device model, device manufacturer, operating system and its version.
